Processing & Shipping Policies

Orders take between 1 and 5 business days to process, depending on what has been ordered. If an order consists of more than one item, the processing time will be the longest time quoted. 

1 to 3 business days: cards, notebooks and gift wrap

3 to 5 business days: everything else: coasters, cufflinks, gift tags, mugs, water bottles, head wraps, jewellery, bags and shower caps

If an order is very large, the processing time may take a few days longer than stated, as everything is handmade.

UK SHIPPING

All items are shipped first class as standard. Cards can be upgraded to next day delivery, from Sunday to Thursday, if ordered before 3pm.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO USA

US orders are shipped via Transglobal Express courier and usually arrive within 5 to 10 days.

OTHER SHIPPING MATTERS

Shipping overages

Occasionally, the shipping calculation for orders consisting of many items may be overestimated. If that is the case, shipping overages will be refunded to you.

Order not delivered

Unexpected non-delivery of item(s) should be reported to me within 30 days, allowing enough time for delayed delivery and inquiries to be made of the delivery services.

Customs and taxes

For International buyers, any fees, taxes, customs or charges payable is your responsibility. Please check your country’s own policy regarding imports before ordering if you are unsure.
