The notebook is soft cover and is A5 in size, 15 x 21cm, the perfect size to take anywhere with you.

The cover is recycled glossy card, printed on both the inside and outside cover, with 48 recycled pages stapled with a square spine. The fabric used to make the headwrap is protected with a waterproof coating.
The notebook comes to you in a protective cellophane sleeve
